How accurate are your CO2 monitors?
Our monitors use high-precision NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensors, providing accuracy within ±50ppm or 5% of the reading to ensure reliable air quality data.
Do I need to calibrate my device manually?
Most of our retail models feature Automatic Baseline Calibration (ABC) logic, which self-calibrates based on the lowest CO2 levels detected over an 8-day period.
How long does shipping normally take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for open products?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the product is opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Do the monitors come with a warranty?
Yes, all CO2 Meter products come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
